Tuolumne County deputies are investigating the theft of a decorative sculpture from the Dardanelles resort over the weekend. The 150 pound carved wooden bear is valued at about 400 dollars.
Deputies are also looking into the theft of cedar from two different locations on the Stanislaus national Forest in the Strawberry Area.
