Police are searching for a gunman who shot and killed one Long Beach City College student and wounded another.
Police say Phay Chum and Sophy Ouk had been parked in a friend´s driveway Saturday morning when a man approached them and asked what gang they belonged to. When the two said they didn´t belong to a gang, the man shot them.
Ouk died shortly after arriving at the hospital and Chum remains in a coma. Police had been able to interview Chum before he lapsed into the coma.
