The recent shutdown of the Highway 108 bypass project will not affect traffic conditions Thursday morning.
According to Don Lane, the resident engineer on the site for Caltrans, crews placed a temporary median stripe on the existing roadway overnight to allow
two-way traffic. No detours or lane closures are expected.
