The County board of supervisors are considering reducing office rental rates at the Columbia and Pine
Lake Airports. Airport Administrator Tim Deike wants the reduction because the current rates are above other airport office rental prices in the region, which
has resulted in several offices remaining vacant.
The decision to lower the current rate from $1.01 to .80 cents a square foot will be addressed at the
Board Meeting next Tuesday.
