The families of two slain Tracy teen-agers are hoping an 80-thousand dollar reward will help them find
answers to why their sons were killed. Jason Bowen´s and Samuel Salinas´ bodies were discovered in the hills of Hayward two years ago.
Earlier this
week, Hayward police said that the case had hit a brick wall.
