A report examining electricity prices in California says soaring costs were NOT due to sykrocketing
demand.
The San Francisco Chronicle says it found electricity demands did NOT change dramatically when the wholesale electricity prices began to
rise last summer — suggesting that power providers may have manipulated the market to charge more.
