Lodi Says “”No”” to Rolling Blackouts

The Lodi Electric Utility is refusing to impose rolling blackouts on its customers. The utility says that only
action by the Legislature or a court order could force it to participate.

Lodi says it wants to keep faith with its customers and that it´s still owed more
than one-and-a-half million dollars for power it sold to the state grid.
