State officials plan to check Sierra Nevada snow levels again tomorrow, but they aren´t expecting to find
good news.
The state Department of Water Resources was hoping for heavy rain and snow in March to make up for a lack of precipitation in
November, December and January. But that hasn´t happened and there is no rain in sight.
