Identity Theft Showing Up in the Motherlode

Tuolumne County Deputies are investigating a couple of identity thefts. A Twain Harte resident reports
someone has obtained a credit card in his wife´s name.

Also in Twain Harte, a victim says someone used his signature and personal information to cash
several bogus checks. His loss is estimated at about 20-thousand dollars.
