Preliminary hearing is set for June third in the case of 44 year old Steven Kent Baker. He´s accused of
assaulting sheriff´s deputies with a deadly weapon during a confrontation this weekend that started as a drunk driving case in Sonora. Deputies inflicted two
gunshot wounds during the incident.
Baker is also charged with providing false identification. He hasn´t entered a plea.
