A 40-year-old man facing domestic violence and resisting arrest charges is lucky he ran into a sheriff´s deputy who couldn´t shoot straight. The Sacramento County Sheriff´s Department says a deputy fired several shots at Antonio Rosario but missed after Rosario pointed a pellet gun at officers.
