A new poll says Governor Davis holds a healthy lead over Republican challenger Bill Simon in the gubernatorial race, but voters appear to be unimpressed by either candidate. Only 40 percent of those interviewed say they liked the candidate they supported; 56 percent say their choices are the best of a bad lot.
