A 21-year-old Wilseyville man is jailed under 15 thousand dollars bail, after Calaveras County deputies say he called their dispatcher claiming to have set off a bomb in Mokelumne Hill, and threatening to set off another one. Investigators say Thomas McNabb apparently used a pay phone near a West Point Gas station. He as picked up nearby and jailed, after his voice was compared with that of the caller.
