Former presidential candidate Ross Perot testified today that his company warned California energy officials about flaws in the electricity spot market that could drive up prices. Perot told a legislature committee in Sacramento that Dallas-based Perot Systems had no conflict of interest in trying to sell its knowledge of the California market to energy sellers.
