Gubernatorial candidate Bill Jones wants a free million dollar lottery to be held and state Lottery Commission members to resign. The secretary of state and Republican candidate says it´s to compensate players who bought tickets in instant scratch-off games where the top prizes had already been won. Jones has accused the commission of fraud.
