A Fresno County judge has sentenced a man to seven years in prison for the slaying of a packing plant co-worker.
Jose Saldana pleaded guilty in November to voluntary manslaughter in the shooting of Ricardo Menendez more than a year ago. Yesterday, Saldana was sentenced to three years for the slaying and four years for using a gun.
