Finding the last remaining Symbionese Liberation Army fugitive has been quite a challenge for federal investigators. Authorities say James Kilgore has managed to elude their nationwide manhunt, with not a single confirmed sighting in more than two decades. He was charged with murder last week in connection with a deadly 1975 bank holdup near Sacramento blamed on the SLA.
