City leaders say poor planning is delaying construction of the $26 million-dollar Fresno Yosemite International Airport.
Fresno City Council president Henry Perea says safety concerns could delay the project by five months. Structural problems include misaligned steel beams, which are fundamental to the concourse´s framework.
