California poppies add a splash of bright orange to the lush green hillsides throughout Tuolumne and Calaveras county areas of the foothills. Warm springtime temperatures have given residents and visitors alike a real case of spring fever.
Warm, mild weather is expected to continue through the week, but come Friday, temperatures will cool slightly and the chance of showers will help water those spring flowers
