A 31-year-old Rail Road Flat man is charged with drunk driving, after suffering multiple injuries in a motorcycle accident. Highway patrol investigators say David Williams dumped his Suzuki on Rail Road Flat Road. He´s recovering at Mark Twain Hospital in San Andreas.
