A plea deal has been reached in a Bakersfield murder that happened more than 13 years ago. Adam Guerrero plead for 12 years in prison yesterday for stabbing his sister´s boyfriend to death in 1989. Sheriff´s deputies arrested Guerrero earlier this year when the D-A´s new crime lab was able to confirm through its new D-N-A testing capabilities that blood found on his jacket positively matched that of victim Amado Carreno.
