New Lights For Dorroh Field

Things will be looking brighter for the Bret Harte High School athletic teams this season. Brighter because of new stadium lighting that was just approved by the district board of Trustees for Dorroh Field.

The $73,000 project will be paid with funds set aside to help modernize the Angels Camp school. District Superintendent Joseph Wilimek said the new system will cut energy costs and allow for night-time track meets. Wilimek said the new system should be installed by late October.
