Traffic is flowing again on the lower deck of San Francisco´s Bay Bridge after a flaming truck forced authorities to shut it down last night.
The highway patrol says the lower deck was reopened at about 1:15 a.m.
It was closed last night when a truck full of furniture caught fire about a mile east of Yerba Buena Island. Traffic was rerouted south toward the San Mateo Bridge or north over the Golden Gate Bridge.
The cause of the fire is under investigation. Nobody was hurt.
