A Vallecito teenager was arrested early Monday morning on suspicion of driving while drunk.
The California Highway Patrol says 18 year-old Seth Alderson swerved to miss hitting a deer on Highway 4, but allowed his ´65 Ford Mustang to run off the road and hit a fence. Alderson was not injured.
