It looks like California and the Mother Lode are over the bad weather hump – at least for a little while.The break between Pacific storms comes just in time to ring in the New Year. After weeks of wet and stormy weather, the National Weather Service predicts a clear and mostly dry New Year´s Day for most of California.
The Mother Lode can expect mostly clear and sunny skies today and Thursday, with a chance of rain again by Thursday night. A dry weekend is promised.
