Helicopter Goes Down In SF Bay

All four people have been pulled from a helicopter that went down in the San Francisco Bay. Coast Guard petty officer David Connor says the sightseeing helicopter went down near the center span of the Golden Gate Bridge at 4:12 p.m. Friday afternoon. He says it´s not yet clear if it crashed or made an emergency landing.

Connor says no injuries were immediately reported. The four people were taken to the Coast Guard station in Sausalito, at the north end of the Golden Gate Bridge. The helicopter has pontoons and it was floating in the Bay. Connor did not know where the helicopter took off from.
