Authorities have made an arrest in the Monday home invasion shooting in Jamestown. Tuolumne County Sheriff€™s Lieutenant John Steely says authorities arrested 27-year-old Steven Myers of Jamestown this morning. Steely says there´s no word on any other suspects at this time.
29-year-old Melissa Berry is recovering at a Modesto hospital. She and 34-year-old Donald Hopkins were both shot in the head early Monday. Hopkins died at the scene. The couple and their 4-year-old daughter lived in an apartment in Jamestown. The young girl was not injured. She was taken into Child Protective custody.
