A Mokelumne Hill man is behind bars on narcotics charges. The Calaveras County Sheriff€™s office says Joseph McClenahan was arrested at around 1 am today, after his vehicle was stopped by an officer on Highway 26 at Rich Gulch Road. The officer says he found the 39 year old in possession of methamphetamine. McClenahan was booked in the Calaveras County Jail on $18 thousand bail.
