Damages in that auto vandalism spree in Calaveras County Sunday night could soar to above the $25,000 mark.
Calaveras County sheriff´s detectives say damage estimates are conservative. More than 20 parked vehicles in Douglas Flat, Murphys and Avery were hit during the early morning hours Sunday.
Detectives say some of the vehicles were burglarized as well. Authorities are asking anyone with information to contact the Calaveras County Sheriff office. So far no arrests have been made in the case.
