Outlook Not Good For Snow Pack

Disappointing findings for snow surveyors yesterday.

State water watchers say a dry winter has left the snow pack across the Sierra Nevada below normal for the year.

The snow supplies California with crucial water and electricity. The Department of Water Resources says it´s only at about 85 percent of normal.

The below-average snow contributes to potential water cutbacks for customers of state and federal water projects.
