High speeds on a curve are being blamed for an injury accident on Ridgewood Drive in the Phoenix Lake area last night.
The CHP says 19-year-old Nicholas Thompson of Sonora lost control of his ´97 Jeep on a curve and skidded into the side of a Peterbuilt truck. Thompson sustained minor injuries and was taken to Sonora Community Hospital for treatment. The driver of the big rig was not injured.
