Family members are planning a memorial service on her birthday Sunday for Laci Peterson and her unborn son. Laci would have been 28.
It´s set for 3 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Modesto. Meanwhile, attorneys for Scott Peterson, who´s been charged with the murders, have started planning his defense.
