Minor Quake Hit´s SF

A minor earthquake shook the San Francisco area at 2:15 Monday afternoon. The U.S. Geological Survey says the quake had a preliminary magnitude of 3.4 and was centered in the Pacific Ocean just off the Golden Gate, about 6 miles deep.

In downtown San Francisco, the quake was felt as a jolt followed by a few seconds of shaking.

The San Francisco Police and the Fire departments say there have been no reports of damage or injuries.
