Federal prosecutors are asking a judge in San Francisco to sentence Ed Rosenthal to five years in prison on marijuana growing charges. They also want the self-described “Guru of Ganja” to get four years of post-prison supervision.
Rosenthal says he was growing medical marijuana, and that´s legal in California.
