Angels Camp and Calaveras County firefighters made quick work of a pick-up truck fire this afternoon. The fire was reported just before 3 p.m. on Highway 49 about 3/4 miles north of Angels Camp.
The blaze was held just to the camper shell and did not pose a threat to surrounding hillside grasses or vegetation. Cause of that fire under investigation.
