Authorities say a German man was rescued from the Merced River after he fell 150 feet from Vernal Fall in Yosemite National Park.
39-year-old Gerold Frick suffered some broken bones when he fell on Tuesday.
Park officials say Frick crawled to the edge of Emerald Pool after he fell, but wasn€™t noticed there by anyone for several hours. He was flown to a Modesto hospital.
