A mystery witness is being flown in from Missouri today for testimony today in Scott Peterson´s double murder trial.
It´s unclear exactly who the witness is. The list is sealed and attorneys are bound by a gag order.
Yesterday, a commercial fisherman and book author Angelo Cuanang was called to the stand. He told the court that he wouldn´t fish for sturgeon near the Berkeley Marina. That´s the area that Scott Peterson claims he was fishing the day his wife disappeared. Cuanang also questioned the type of bait Peterson told police he was using.
