William Nesler has been transferred from the Sacramento County Jail to Tuolumne County Jail.
Nesler turned himself in to a bounty hunter this week and was booked into jail on a murder charge.
Sgt. Roger Dittburner from the Tuolumne County Sheriff´s Department tells KVML News that from this point, they have 48 hours to arraign him on the charge.
He´s suspected in the beating death of 45-year-old David Davis on July 25th, just hours after he was released from jail for assaulting Davis a month earlier.
