A man suspected in several identity theft crimes was arrested in Modesto.
Modesto Police detectives says 24 year-old David Nin of Modesto was booked for passing over $12,000 worth of bad checks and using a stolen ATM card to purchase goods and services.
Police captured Nin as he was crawling out the back window of his home on 15th street.
Officers also found $8,000 worth of stolen computer equipment, flat screen TVs and furniture. The investigation continues.
