A Valley Springs teenager was seriously injured Tuesday night when he was driving a new Yamaha motorcycle without a license.
Officials have not released his name.
The 14-year-old boy was westbound on Berkesey Drive after 6pm last night, when officials say he failed to make a curve west of Gee Lane and overturned.
The teen also reportedly wasn´t wearing his helmet correctly and had to be flown to Memorial Hospital with a broken femur, tibia, and fibia.
The CHP says a report will also be submitted to juvenile probation for review.
