A West Sacramento man was hurt early Saturday in a single-vehicle accident on Railroad Flat Road.
39-year-old Dane Casey was also arrested for DUI after his Ford pickup ran off the road and hit a tree.
The wreck occurred just before 1:30am on Saturday.
The California Highway Patrol says because Casey was not wearing his seat belt, he hit the steering wheel causing injuries to his teeth and lips.
He was treated at Mark Twain St. Josephs Hospital.
