Traffic on Stockton Road in Sonora is extremely slow this morning thanks to the recycling event going on at the Mother Lode Fairgrounds.
Some drivers are using the turn lane or shoulder, creating dangerous conditions.
Go slow, allow extra time, and with the potential for rain today, it could even be more dangerous.
