Officials are looking into a possible homicide in Twain Harte on the 19-thousand block of Tanglewood Trail.
The Tuolumne County Sheriff´s Department reporrts receiving a 9-1-1 call about an injured woman who was bleeding.
Officers arriving at the scene discovered one person dead and one person injured.
The injured person was taken to Sonora Regional Medical Center.
Crime Scene Investigators from California´s Department of Justice in Sacramento were even called in.
The Tuolumne County Sheriff´s Department has not released any other information so far.
