Highway 4 just west of Spence Ranch is closed, and the California Highway Patrol has issued a Sig Alert, after a big rig tractor has lost one of its trailers and the entire roadway is said to be blocked.
Poole Station Rd at Hwy 4 and Angels Oak are alternates being suggested by the CHP at this time.
