Medical Marijuana Case Delayed in Stockton

The beginning of a criminal marijuana case against a quadriplegic Stockton man and his mother has been delayed. Aaron Paradiso and his mother Debra Paradiso were charged when 52 marijuana plants were taken from their home in rural

Stockton in August 2003. The trial has been pushed back, possibly to June, so Paradiso´s new lawyer — a specialist in medical marijuana cases — can prepare for the case.
