The Sonora City Council has given the green light for the Bungalows at Woods Creek development.
The new 47-lot housing project –planned for the Stockton Road area near the Mother Lode Fairgrounds — received no negative comments during a public hearing on the matter Tuesday evening.
Groundbreaking for the project slatted to take place this spring.
