The judge in the Michael Jackson molestation case has ruled a disputed audiotape should be turned over to the prosecution.
It´s a reversal for Judge Rodney S Melville, who last month barred the prosecution from using the tape.
It was seized from the office of a private investigator working for the defense team. Jackson´s attorneys had argued it included information on their strategy.
But in this week´s ruling, Melville says the tape largely focuses on basic information and does NOT include legal theories.
Jackson has pleaded innocent to seven charges of committing lewd or lascivious acts on a child under 14, and two charges of administering an intoxicating agent.
