The last steel beam will be put in place Friday afternoon during topping off ceremonies for a new three-story, 164,770 square-foot casino facility on Tuolumne Road North.
Black Oak Casino officials say the casino´s new Phase II will include more gaming areas, three restaurants, entertainment lounge with dance floor, a state of the art 24-lane bowling center and an arcade complete with the latest video and other interactive games.
