The power is out for a lot of PG & E customers in the Jamestown area.
PG & E officials say 2,756 customers are without power after some heavy equipment brought down a power line at the Old Jamestown Landfill around 11:30 this morning.
PG&E crews are now at the scene, but no word yet on how long the lights will be off.
The incident also caused a small fire in the landfill, but people on the scene had the fire mostly under control by the time firefighters arrived.
