Valley Springs, CA — A routine traffic stop for the Calaveras County Sheriff´s Department led to the arrest of a convicted felon in possession of a loaded shotgun.

When Sheriff´s Deputies stopped 33-year-old David Cloward late last night, they found him to be under the influence of alcohol. During a pat-down search Deputies say they found four shotgun shells in Cloward´s pocket; prompting them to search the vehicle.
